Kaizen works with founders who have independently decided to establish or develop a business but may still be creating the name, brand, offer, website, systems, or initial market strategy.
A founder may begin working with Kaizen before forming a legal entity, earning revenue, launching a website, or acquiring a first customer. The founder remains responsible for choosing and operating the business, while Kaizen provides the professional strategy, creative services, implementation, training, and support stated in the signed Order Form.

Founder engagements are not limited to one price level. Depending on the actual deliverables, complexity, training, content, marketing, and post-launch support required, a pre-launch client may be matched with Quick Start, Professional, Premium, Expert, Advanced, or a custom written scope.
Final deliverables, project fee, payment schedule, responsibilities, timeline, and cancellation terms are documented in a signed Order Form before payment is accepted.

Each displayed amount is the total project fee for the listed scope, not a recurring monthly charge. Pre-launch founders, sole proprietors, existing businesses, and established organizations may select any package based on the services and deliverables required. If an installment schedule is approved, the amount and due dates will be documented in the signed Order Form or checkout before payment.
Kaizen Consulting Group LLC does not enroll clients in automatic recurring billing. Any recurring hosting or dropshipping platform or supplier fees are charged directly by the applicable third-party provider and are governed by that provider’s pricing, authorization, cancellation, and refund terms. If Kaizen later offers recurring support, the amount, billing frequency, authorization terms, and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
Clients purchase defined professional services, digital assets, implementation, training, and support for a business they independently selected or already operate. Kaizen does not sell or provide the underlying business, a franchise, distributorship, reseller program, employment position, investment, guaranteed customer pipeline, guaranteed income system, customer accounts, or buyback arrangement. No earnings, revenue, profit, financing, merchant approval, traffic, sales, or business success is promised.

Which package should I start with?
Quick Start supports a focused digital foundation. Professional and Premium add broader brand, content, and campaign deliverables. Expert and Advanced cover larger multi-channel implementation scopes and post-launch support.
How long does a typical project take?
Most focused builds launch in one to three weeks after assets are ready. Larger architecture or analytics scopes are scheduled in milestones after the discovery call.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Each scope includes a structured review window so feedback is handled cleanly and the project keeps moving toward launch instead of drifting into open-ended changes.
Can we add support after launch?
Yes. Additional support can be scoped as a separate project. Kaizen does not automatically enroll clients in recurring billing. Hosting and dropshipping platform or supplier fees may recur only through the applicable third-party provider under that provider’s terms.
Do you work with founders who have not launched yet?
Yes. Kaizen works with founders who independently decided to establish or develop a business before contacting us but may still be pre-launch or pre-revenue. A client may still need a business name, brand identity, offer structure, website, launch plan, training, and implementation support.
Does my business need to have an LLC, revenue, or customers?
No. A prospective client may be an individual founder, sole proprietor, business in formation, existing company, or established organization. Services must be purchased for the client’s own business or commercial purposes, and the correct contracting party and business status will be documented in the signed Order Form.
Can a pre-launch founder select an Advanced package?
Yes. Package selection is based on the requested deliverables and level of implementation, content, marketing, training, and support—not on whether the business has already generated revenue. A pre-launch founder may require a larger scope than an existing business.
Is Kaizen providing or selling the underlying business?
No. The client independently selects and controls the business being developed. Kaizen supplies only the professional services and deliverables stated in the signed Order Form. Kaizen does not sell a franchise, investment, employment opportunity, guaranteed customer pipeline, guaranteed income system, or guaranteed commercial result.
Is Enterprise Transformation a standard package?
No. Enterprise Transformation is a private, application-based engagement for established organizations requiring a broader, longer-term strategy and execution scope. Each engagement is evaluated individually and documented through a custom proposal and written service agreement before payment is accepted.
