Kaizen Consulting Group LLC
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, termination, and payment dispute terms
1. ALL SALES FINAL — NO VOLUNTARY REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes deposits and installment payments. Kaizen Consulting Group LLC does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or a voluntary cancellation period for new purchases. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights, mandatory payment-platform rules, or rights expressly provided in an applicable signed agreement.
Effective October 26, 2026. This policy applies only to new purchases made after its publication on that date. It does not alter, revoke, or reduce any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other right under an existing signed agreement. If a signed agreement provides a cancellation or refund right, that agreement governs, subject to applicable law and mandatory payment-platform rules.
2. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION & EXISTING AGREEMENTS
A request to cancel, stop, pause, or discontinue services does not itself create a right to a refund or release amounts lawfully owed under the applicable signed agreement. Fees already due, completed or accepted milestones, work performed, and noncancelable commitments remain governed by that agreement. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law or mandatory payment-platform rules.
3. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a payment reversal or chargeback, Client will notify Kaizen at support@yourkaizenconsultinggroupllc.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue, except where immediate notice is impracticable or prohibited by law or payment-network rules. Client will not knowingly characterize an authorized transaction as fraudulent. Initiating a chargeback does not itself cancel the agreement or eliminate amounts lawfully owed. If a chargeback is finally determined to have been filed in bad faith or based on materially false information, Client will reimburse Kaizen’s documented processor fees and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy waives any nonwaivable right or prevents Client from reporting genuine unauthorized use, duplicate billing, fraud, or other legitimate disputes. The applicable signed agreement governs the engagement, subject to applicable law and mandatory payment-platform rules.
